Agreement
By accessing atlasynq.com or using AtlaSynq services, you agree to these Terms. If you use AtlaSynq on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
AtlaSynq provides software for marketing, lead management, booking workflows, automations, reputation, and related clinic growth operations. Features may evolve; we will communicate material changes through the product or your account contact.
Accounts & acceptable use
Keep credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use AtlaSynq in violation of law, messaging consent rules, or advertising platform policies.
Customer content & integrations
You retain rights to content and data you submit. You grant AtlaSynq a license to host and process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for lawful use of connected integrations and for obtaining required consents for outreach.
Fees
Paid plans are governed by your order form or subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. AtlaSynq is not a medical device or clinical decision system. Our liability is limited as set out in your commercial agreement; where no agreement applies, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
