Who we are
AtlaSynq provides an AI operating system for growing businesses. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit atlasynq.com, book a demo, or use the AtlaSynq product.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details you provide (name, email, clinic name, phone), product usage and device data needed to operate the service, integration data you connect (for example ads, calendar, or messaging providers), and communications you send to us.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve AtlaSynq, authenticate users, power features you enable, respond to sales and support requests, secure the service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics), with integration partners you connect, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Clinic customer data in the product remains under the clinic’s control subject to your agreement with us.
Retention & security
We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may update account information in Settings, disconnect integrations, or contact us to request access or deletion where applicable. Marketing site visitors can stop cookies via browser controls where offered.
