If you pay for leads, you will get leads. That is not a mystery. The mystery is why the book is still empty. Because the vendor got paid at the form, not at the chair.
Ask them to take payment when someone shows up. Watch the pitch change.
What to buy instead
A system that answers, books, and proves source. You will still have inquiries. They will not rot in a spreadsheet overnight.
